For litigation representation, after an initial consultation regarding the basics and nature of the case, if there is mutual agreement for me to work on the case, I will review any and all material submitted, and render a verbal and/or written Opinion about the case.  I will also be available for any follow up relevant to the case to include additional verbal consultation, additional written opinion, deposition and trial testimony.

 

For work related as an Expert on any litigation, any and all costs for any related travel expenses will be paid or reimbursed at the actual costs of commercial transportation, or the current mileage per diem rate as well as lodging and meals expenses, as agreed upon.

 

Once agreed/retained to work on a case, the following will be the rate of reimbursment:

 

Review and research of all case related documents, drafting of Opinions and/or follow up consultations:..................$100.00 per hour.

 

Any actual time spent traveling to any requested location realted to the case, approved by the retained parties:..... $100.00 per hour.

 

Time spent in Court for Trial Testimony or giving of a Deposition:................................................................................. $150.00 per hour.

 

Invoices will be submitted on a monthly basis.
